There are more than 3 million spare-parts stored ready for supply in our Shanghai central warehouse, and other 5 sub-warehouses in our marketing offices all over China. Information-based management has been carried out to fully guarantee the demand of spare-parts by our customer .

 

Service Supervision Mechanism:
Three supervisions shall be implemented in every service as follows:
1.An on-the-spot supervision sheet shall be signed by customer.
2. Telephone supervision shall be made by sales company, technique and quality department, and subsidiary works.
3. Supervision shall be carried out during our return visit to customers.
